Visually Impaired Nigerians Set To Vote

Nigeria’s National Electoral Commission has launched a braille ballot guide, estimated to have cost the country at least $100,000, which allows visually impaired voters to enjoy the secrecy of their ballot as they will no longer be led by others to make their choice on voting day.
